By offering high standard touristic services, the park will attract more visitors to the region, therefore it will contribute to the economic development of the region.

    Results & Benefits

The park can offer various activities to visitors in all seasons: open-air sport, recreational and hiking activities, ore and minerals exhibition, discovering the areas cultural heritage etc. By itself it can be a primary touristic attraction offering complex, high quality services.

    Lessons learnt

The main challenge was the planning phase of the project, because the overall concept had to be worked out in details in such a manner that the park provides complex, complementary activities to various target groups. During the implementation phase, the main challenge was to solve how to adjust to geographic conditions of the land parcel and how to landscape it.
