LEADER 2012_Local traditions promotion in mountain territories in exchange with Tara Oasului.

Empowerment of traditional folk celebration with the participation of representatives from other LAGs

By organizing a mini-festival over three days, LAG's partner will have the opportunity to promote local traditions and folklore by organizing shows, seminars, joint-promotional leaflets, DVDs, which will be distributed in both territories. Tara Oasului is an area where they kept alive many of the old traditions and customs. The most spectacular is wedding oseneasca ritual. In the folk there are valuable, popular singers, poets peasants. Every year in early May is organizing a Folk Festival, at impreunatului sheep, when farmers gather their flocks together and send them to pasture.

The project aims to organize mini-festivals and folk traditions integrating promotion among LAG Tara Oasului and LAGs from another country. To share promotion a heritage preservation activities to learn from other LAGs and communicate Tara Oasului heritage to the world.

Partners could be reached: the LAGs from countries with tradition in tourism in mountain areas.
