Rediscovery and valorization of the Mediterranean Rurality II

The project, which represents the continuity of an initiative started within the previous 2000-2006 programming, aims to activate an action of valorization and promotion of touristic mar-ginal rural territories and to favor their economic development and management with a sus-tainability vision.

The cooperation project previews: - the enlargement of the partnership, by promoting the adhesion of new national and international territories with common features - the organization of a shared offer of the commercial proposals of the territory con-cerning local/traditional products to introduce in the market - the creation of a new connection system between territories and markets through the constitution of regional Agencies for the Mediterranean Rurality - the realization of a territorial marketing initiative through a portal dedicated to com-munication actions and the dissemination of the purposes and initiatives of the project - the constitution of an organism in charge “to sell the territory” tout court, from the tourist point of view, and from the point of view of the typical agry –food productions, in an integrated strategy of territorial marketing that can be supported in the time.
