LEADER 2012_Share your experiences, on how to start a sustainable business!

People over middle-age and older do not have the opportunity to get experiences of foreign entrepreneurs. It is more available to youth. Especially middle aged and older people in rural areas can’t reach the opportunity to receive information and experiences from foreign countries because they are more involved with their home place or they have lack of courage. So that there would be life in rural areas we need to encourage middle-aged and older people to be more active and to start their own business to create jobs for local people! Then we can hope that young people would return to the countryside by having good role-models, and to see that it is possible to start their own business in rural areas too

We would like to organize a common seminar “The principles and success-stories of sustainable enterprise establishment in rural areas”. We hope to see successful foreign entrepreneurs to share their experiences and inspire the people from rural area. The activeness of people in rural areas will be increased and hopefully some sustainable businesses will be established, which will enlarge the number of new jobs in the community.
