This title, based on a collective work, covers the rurality notion, but adding voluntarily dynamism, meaning a solidarity-based and controlled development : living in rural area is generally a choice, an aspiration for progress without trenching on the living environment, limiting negative effects of urban life models. This is a cross-cutting program on tourism, agriculture and work craft for the 2007-2013 period. It aims at contributing to the local economic development in a sustainable way. Strand 1: Build a collective and multisectoral representation to build a regional development plan.
