EAFRD Support for ICT in Rural Areas

In the current programming period, rural development policy pays special attention to the Information and Communication Technology (ICT). The EAFRD supports the development of ICT businesses, services, skills upgrading and broadband in rural areas in various ways as investments both in hardware and software are eligible in all programmes.
