LEADER 2012_Local capacity building to promote local development strategy and increase the number of LAG potential beneficiariess

Local capacity building to assume the role of LAG strategic partner / in the pursuit of sustainable rural development tailored to specific, needs of the territory represented.

The Local Action Group Mara-Natur needs to develop its own capacity to manage the local development strategy promotion and develop internal communication processes and solutions. Two strategies appear as the most suitable: "knowledge transfer" and "learning by doing". This project proposes a series of short-term internships in areas of strategic planning, community, agricultural policies, program management and project execution and monitoring. These proposed short-term internships would be study visits to similar organizations in EU countries with advanced results in application of EU agricultural policies, in areas with territorial to expand capacity at the local level.
