Delicious Healthy European and Regional Cuisine

The project aims to increase the promotion of the local gastronomic offer not only in local res-taurants but also in households. It aims to promote traditional and healthy dishes as it is pos-sible. In the long term, the project will contribute to increase the sale of food products at regional level. The project is aimed to a wide range of social and professional groups wishing to cultivate local and European culinary traditions.

The project consists of: - creation of a website for the promotion of the project and for the information ex-change among all partner - realization of information and training programmes and experience exchanges in order to encourage restaurant owners as well as households to implement actions to pre-serve culinary heritage through - printing and dissemination of information relating to the project - gathering opinions and preferences of tourists and local people in the field of gastron-omy - setting a cookbook and a common culinary calendar - organizing culinary workshops aimed to award the title of “Ambassador of Good Taste”.
