Disabled tourism

The objective of the project would be to share with other local governments on the theme of disabled tourism, to get tips on how to make tourist sites more accessible to be able to host (accommodation, catering, etc.) specific target groups

The LAG is currently elaborating an action plan to develop tourism in the territory. The LAG benefits from the technical and financial support of the Rhone-Alpes regional Council.

Proposed Actions: • Exchange in order to get tricks to make attractions and tourist spots accessible to this kind of public (accommodation, catering etc) beyond common accessibility access works; • Exchange on experiences made in the field of education and training dedicated to tourism professionals on this issue of adapted tourism; • Visit exemplary sites that have been made accessible to disabled people.
