Outdoor activities- Skiing and hiking

Harjavallan latu ja polku (Harjavalta skiing and hiking association) is a sport association operating in the coast of south-west Finland, by the river Kokemäki. The association is concentrated in promoting conditioning and recreation sports as leisure-time activities, as well as forwarding the culture of outdoor life & now would be interested in possible joint actions in skiing and hiking. https://koti.mbnet.fi/reroy/latujapolku/

The central ”highway” in the Karhuseutu area is the river Kokemäenjoki that runs through most of the municipalities in the region and floats finally into the Baltic Sea. The importance of waterways is great in all the municipalities in the area. The coastline of the Baltic Sea was shaped by ice sheets. Post-glacial elevation can be best observed in the changes in the waterside vegetation. The fauna & the birdlife is one of the richest in the Nordic countries.

Now Harjavalta Skiing and Hiking Association is looking for partners for international cooperation.We are especially interested in: -outdoor activities; paddling, rowing, hiking, skiing etc. - association is concentrated in promoting conditioning and recreation sport as leisure-time activities, as well as forwarding the culture of outdoor life.

Looking for partners from Alps area (France, Monaco, Italy, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Germany, Austria and Slovenia)
