Castles in scenes

The festival aims to animate during the tourist season the local architectural and historical heritage, featuring lyric, choreographic, musical and theatrical performances. We wish in our approach, providing entertainment structures nocturnal during the summer. On the other hand, in our project we want to cooperate with life-sized sites, often private, to give them the opportunity to be integrated into the cultural landscape of the major national monuments. We also want to offer the local population diversity and originality in cultural offerings proposed annually in summer.

The Pays des Châteaux territory, because of its history, has both an exceptional built (Chambord, Blois, Cheverny…) and cultural (“Les Rendez-vous de l’Histoire”, the Blois National Scene and many shows…) heritage. The idea of this project is to combine these two treasures for a festival in the tourist season.

With an international cooperation, we want to add a european dimension to this cultural project.

An association whose purpose would be substantially the same (animation in the local heritage places) with a similar cultural profile (professional live shows and high quality)
