Appel à participation au groupe thématique |
|
Le Point de contact REDR recherche des personnes désireuses de s’associer et de contribuer à son travail thématique sur les «Zones rurales intelligentes et compétitives » et « Promouvoir la transition vers une économique verte ». Ces travaux se dérouleront entre novembre 2015 et juillet 2016.
Les membres du groupe thématique participeront à trois réunions du groupe à Bruxelles et présenteront des exemples pratiques issus de leur pratique, de leur région ou de leur pays. Chaque groupe produira un rapport final et contribuera à un Séminaire européen et à un numéro de la Revue rurale de l’UE.

| Évaluation des réseaux ruraux |
Un atelier du REDR sur l’auto-évaluation a permis de concevoir et d’examiner les différents cadres, méthodes et indicateurs pour le suivi et l’auto-évaluation des activités du réseau rural.
Les participants – RRN, Point de contact REDR, Evaluation Helpdesk et le Point service PEI-AGRI – ont échangé des idées et des pratiques pour l’évaluation des activités du réseau. Parmi celles-ci, le Rapport du RRN écossais, qui mesure le succès de la communication et des événements du réseau au cours de la période 2008-2013.
Au cours des prochains mois, le Point de contact du REDR soutiendra les orientations et les échanges à venir sur les activités d’auto-évaluation des réseaux.

| Réfugiés : réponse des zones rurales |
|
Les réseaux du REDR ont récemment mis en avant les diverses conséquences et réactions des zones rurales à l’actuelle crise des réfugiés en Europe.
Cette vidéo montre comment les petites communautés de Suède et de Finlande cherchent des moyens de faciliter l’intégration des migrants en utilisant LEADER/CLLD pour briser la glace entre les populations locales et les nouveaux arrivants. Nous vous recommandons également cette interview qui montre la réaction des populations locales à l’afflux massif de migrants sur l’île grecque de Lesbos et les initiatives dans ce domaine.
Ces éléments soulignent non-seulement les enjeux mais aussi les opportunités qu’offre le développement local mené par les acteurs locaux (CLLD) dans le cadre des approches d'intégration des migrants.

| Troisième réunion du Comité de pilotage |
Lors de sa troisième réunion, le Comité de pilotage des réseaux ruraux européens a abordé les priorités du REDR et du PEI-AGRI pour 2015-2016 ainsi que la possibilité d’une implication accrue dans leurs activités.
Les membres du Comité de pilotage ont évoqué les actions actuelles et futures menées autour des thèmes des Régions rurales intelligentes et compétitives ; de l’Écologisation de l’économie rurale ; du Renforcement des capacités de LEADER/CLLD (développement local mené par les acteurs locaux) et de la Simplification de la mise en œuvre du programme. Ils se sont également penchés sur la préparation de la deuxième Assemblée des Réseaux ruraux, qui se tiendra le 26 novembre 2015.

| Innover grâce au travail en réseau et à la coopération |
Un atelier conjoint PEI-AGRI – REDR a aidé les réseaux à mettre en œuvre des actions innovantes au titre de la mesure de coopération des programmes de développement rural (PDR). Les participants ont notamment examiné le lien entre Groupes opérationnels (GO) et les autres volets de la mesure de coopération et la possibilité de mettre en place un réseau d’acteurs PEI en Europe.
L’atelier a aussi dégagé un état des lieux concernant le lancement des GO et présenté un aperçu de leur cartographie dans différents États membres.
