Die allererste Ausgabe des neuen Networking-Magazins des ENRD mit dem Titel „Rural Connections“ (Beziehungen im ländlichen Raum) steht nun online zur Verfügung.
„Rural Connections“ bietet Neuigkeiten und aktuelle Informationen zu Themen der ländlichen Entwicklung in Europa, verleiht den Akteuren im Bereich der ländlichen Entwicklung eine Stimme und enthält Berichte und Interviews zu interessanten Initiativen der ländlichen Entwicklung in Europa.
Das Magazin wird auf Deutsch, Englisch, Französisch, Spanisch, Italienisch und Polnisch verfügbar sein. Um jeweils die gedruckte Ausgabe zu beziehen, melden Sie sich bitte unter subscribe@enrd.eu an. Sie können auch jederzeit kostenlos im EU bookshop eine gedruckte Ausgabe bestellen.

| Untergruppe der europäischen Netzwerke des ländlichen Raums zum Thema Innovation nimmt Arbeit auf |
Die Untergruppe umfasst 56 Vertreter von Verwaltungsbehörden, nationalen Netzwerken des ländlichen Raums, EU-weiten Organisationen, Beratungsdiensten sowie Forschungsinstituten. Ihr Ziel ist es, die Innovation zu unterstützen, indem bewährte Verfahren ermittelt werden und die Netzwerkbildung zwischen maßgeblichen Akteuren gefördert wird.

| Der neue digitale Binnenmarkt der EU - was bedeutet er für ländliche Gegenden? |
Laut EU-Agrarkommissar Phil Hogan ist die Einführung oder Verbesserung der Breitbandversorgung in ländlichen Gebieten von entscheidender Bedeutung, um dort Wachstum und Arbeitsplätze zu fördern, Unternehmen zu ermöglichen, wettbewerbsfähig zu bleiben, ländliche Gebiete in den allgemeinen wirtschaftlichen Kontext einzubinden und um die Attraktivität ländlicher Gemeinden zu erhöhen.
Nationale und regionale EPLR können dazu beitragen, indem sie die Einrichtung oder Verbesserung von Breitband-Infrastruktur unterstützen. Darüber hinaus wird in der Strategie zum digitalen Binnenmarkt ein Konzept für eine einheitliche Anlaufstelle vorgeschlagen, um Bürgermeister über sämtliche EU-Fördermöglichkeiten für Breitbandversorgung zu informieren.

| ENRD-Kontaktstelle startet „Ruralabs“ |
|
Die ENRD-Kontaktstelle hat die erste einer neuen Reihe von Initiativen auf nationaler Ebene umgesetzt, die sogenannten Ruralabs. Ein Ruralab ist eine Fokusgruppe von Akteuren, die sich mit den sozialen, wirtschaftlichen und ökologischen Aspekten der ländlichen Entwicklung befassen. Ihr Ziel ist es, konkrete Wege zu erforschen, wie das Knüpfen von Netzwerken in der Praxis zur ländlichen Entwicklung beitragen kann.

Das erste Ruralab fand am 29. April in Utrecht in den Niederlanden statt und wurde in Zusammenarbeit mit dem niederländischen nationalen Netzwerk des ländlichen Raums (Netwerk Platteland) ausgerichtet. | Auf kulinarischer Entdeckungsreise durch Europa |
Tasting Europe, ein neues Webportal für kulinarischen und gastronomischen Tourismus in Europa, stellt eine Vielzahl unterschiedlicher Reiseerfahrungen im Zusammenhang mit Europas Küche und gastronomischen Traditionen vor.

Ziel dieses Tourismusportals ist es, Europa als attraktives Reiseziel zu präsentieren, indem Informationen über neue gastronomische Veranstaltungen und Festivals verbreitet und Produkte mit Gütesiegel aus 36 Ländern ganz Europas vorgestellt werden. Tourismusbüros und -organisationen sind aufgerufen, ihre Produkte auf dem Portal und über den Hashtag #TastingEurope zu teilen.

| Nationale Ländliche Parlamente tagen in Osteuropa |
Durch diese Veranstaltungen soll den ländlichen Gemeinden eine Stimme bei der Gestaltung der Politik verliehen werden. Sie sind Teil von mehr als 30 nationalen Kampagnen, die von den Partnern der Veranstaltung in jedem Land durchgeführt werden.
Die Sitzungsreihe der nationalen Ländlichen Parlamente dient auch der Vorbereitung für die Sitzungsrunde des Europäischen Ländlichen Parlaments, die vom 4. bis 6. November 2015 in Schärding, Österreich, stattfinden soll.

| Aufforderung zur Einreichung von Vorschlägen zur Bewertung des potenziellen Nutzens von Finanzinstrumenten |
Die Europäische Kommission hat folgende Aufforderung zur Einreichung von Vorschlägen veröffentlicht: „Hilfe für mehrere Regionen bei der Bewertung des potenziellen Nutzens der aus dem EFRE, dem Kohäsionsfonds, dem ESF und dem ELER unterstützten Finanzinstrumente im Einklang mit Titel IV der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 1303/2013“.
Ziel dieser gemeinsam von der GD REGIO, GD AGRI, GD EMPL und GD MARE veröffentlichten Aufforderung ist es, die notwendige Wissensbasis zu entwickeln und die administrativen Kapazitäten der an der Umsetzung von Finanzinstrumenten beteiligten Organe zu verbessern. | Welche Arten der Unterstützung gibt es für junge Landwirte im Rahmen der neuen GAP? |
In einer neuen Veröffentlichung der GD AGRI werden die neuen Unterstützungsformen und Werkzeuge beleuchtet, die jungen Landwirten mit der GAP-Reform von 2013 zur Verfügung gestellt wurden.
Die reformierte GAP umfasst verbesserte Maßnahmen, um jungen Landwirten zu ermöglichen, ihre Betriebe erfolgreich auf- und auszubauen. Zu den neuen Arten der Unterstützung zählen sowohl höhere Direktzahlungen (GAP-Säule I) und Beihilfen für die Neugründung von Betrieben sowie umfangreichere Investitionsbeihilfen als auch spezielle Beratungsangebote zur Neugründung von Betrieben (GAP-Säule II).

Überwachungs- und Bewertungsrahmen für die Gemeinsame Agrarpolitik
|
Die Veröffentlichung enthält Einzelheiten zum Konzept und zur Methode der Durchführung von Überwachung und Bewertung im Zeitraum 2014-2020, wozu auch Änderungen am Überwachungs- und Bewertungsrahmen gemäß den GAP-Reformen und dem übergeordneten Ziel einer Vereinfachung der GAP zählen.
Dieses Dokument soll helfen, die Leistungen der GAP (die nun sowohl Säule I als auch Säule II umfasst) zu bewerten, und wird wertvolle Informationen für die Festlegung politischer Ziele und die Bewertung der politischen Umsetzung für die Zeit nach 2020 liefern.
