Collective initiatives and Sustainability Agreements in a recognised fruit and vegetable Producer Organisation: The case of Cooperativa del Campo de Navaconcejo

This case study complements the information provided in the ENRD Thematic Group on Sustainability Agreements and  illustrates how horizontal agreements, made between actual or potential competitors, and vertical agreements, undertaken between different actors operating within the food supply chain, can be implemented in a recognised producer organisation. This non-exhaustive working document, which expresses the views of the TG members, aims to support policy-makers and all stakeholders involved in designing sustainability agreements.
