Our LAG Strategy is the fundamental document for the identification and implementation of economic and social development through LAG grants. Being based on development needs and the capabilities of the territory, the Strategy establishes the vision, the strategic goals and measures, which represent the framework and the basis for the preparation, the funding and the implementation of development projects. Those projects are, in fact, the first step towards change in the society. 

The Strategy was developed through an interactive process during organized workshops in Buje, Tar and Novigrad, involving a total of 52 representatives from different stakeholder groups who were actively involved in its preparation.

Since the Strategy is not simply a document but also a process, it represents the beginning of the joint effort we need to put into the achievement of development goals.
