Notes on NRN Self-Assessment

The structure and content of the toolkit has been jointly developed by the Contact Point and interested NRNs,  with the cooperation of the Helpdesk of the European Evaluation Network.

The European Evaluation Network for Rural Development provides methodological support for the evaluation of the four National Rural Network programmes in Germany, Italy, Spain and Portugal as well as National Rural Networks in line with the Common Monitoring and Evaluation Framework.

The NRN Self-Assessment toolkit aims to be flexible and adaptable according to the needs of individual NRNs, but it  also complements and supports any formal monitoring and evaluation procedures that Managing Authorities and Network Support Units are already implementing or planning to implement.

All NRNs are invited to continue contributing to the Self-Assessment toolkit. You can contact the ENRD Contact Point via My ENRD or info@enrd.eu.
