The main section of this Toolkit is a collection of practical tools that are either being used, or have the potential to be used, by NRNs for monitoring the progress and assessing the performance of their networking activities. The European Evaluation Network for Rural Development provides methodological support for the evaluation of National Rural Network Programmes and National Rural Networks in line with the Common Monitoring and Evaluation Framework.
