Iron work/ metal art

The Leineperi Ironworks in the City of Ulvila would like to develop joint actions on iron work an metal art. https://www.leineperinruukki.fi/page.asp?pid=english.html

The central ”highway” in the Karhuseutu area is the river Kokemäenjoki that runs through most of the municipalities in the region and floats finally into the Baltic Sea. The importance of waterways is great in all the municipalities in the area. The coastline of the Baltic Sea was shaped by ice sheets. Post-glacial elevation can be best observed in the changes in the waterside vegetation. The fauna & the birdlife is one of the richest in the Nordic countries.

The Municipality of Ulvila, Leineperi is looking for cooperation partners interested in iron work and metal art. Possible actions for cooperation: - metal art weeks festival; - workshops; - change of blacksmiths; - exhibition.
