Ecoland Leader - Ecological, sustainable traditional and modern building

One of the main ambitions of this project is to diffuse the knowledge on modern solutions of ecological and sustainable building. The project will have very important impacts on the mentality and socio-economic life of rural areas.It can create new working places, new style enterprises, produce new ecological products for building sector and give more vigour on rural territories.

There's scientific evidence that humanity is living unsustainably. Reducing human use of natural resources to a sustainable level requires a collective effort. One of the basic needs of human being is the household & a “living place” which is nowadays many times an industrial product or a composition of industrial not-safe and not tested products. Though ecological building uses materials which has been used for thousands of years.

Gather data regarding ecological building& traditional construction solutions (with clay/reed/straw/wood..);Exchange of knowledge by workshops(building model buildings together); Network experts, professionals, skilled workmanship and students of construction sector; Diffuse knowledge& know-how on ecological& local traditional construction solutions, reconstruction of old wooden buildings& transfer working methods;Courses,study trips, events; Research; Alternative concepts;Exhibitions
