„Laboratorium tematyczne” było poświęcone interakcjom na linii LEADER — inteligentne wioski, jak również wnioskom wyciągniętym z dotychczasowych doświadczeń oraz ich aktualnemu i przyszłemu znaczeniu dla LEADER. Ożywiona dyskusja oraz wymiana pomysłów zaowocowały szeregiem ciekawych sugestii.
