This tool, developed by the Managing Authority, comprises 15 factsheets about measures under axes 1, 2 and 3. Ranging from 1 to 4 pages each and 40 pages in total, the sheets are colour coded to distinguish between axes (blue Axis 1, green Axis 2, orange Axis 3). In template form, there is a similar structure for each within these main headings/questions: brief description of the measure; what is the measure for?; what actions qualify for support?; what target groups?; what level of aid is available?; how to apply?; contact details for enquiries?; legal basis?; other measures that might also apply to you?.

Five large banners complementary to the fiches above, including pictures of rural people in life-like rural scenes, were produced to stimulate ideas among potential beneficiaries. Aimed specifically at farmers, managers of rural enterprises, trainers, foresters, and local communities, they include the catch phrase: "a project in mind?"
