Summary
The brochure issued by the Croatian Rural Development Network provides basic information regarding European rural development policies for the programming period 2014-2020. It underlines the elements of the European rural policy that will significantly change in the next programming period and their importance for Croatia.
It was conceived as a guide to promote the new rural development policy framework as a comprehensive and adaptable structure, and to help the reader understand how it works, its priorities and future activities with photos, charts and diagrams.

Assessment of effectiveness
The brochure was also printed in a limited number of hard copies (around 50 demo-copies) and distributed to rural development stakeholders during various events (seminars, trainings, conferences and fairs).
It was promoted through social media (HMRR Facebook account) and through HMRR e-Newsletter (a mailing list of about 740 recipients). The webpage has had 800 visitors as of November 2013.
Tables and graphs in the brochure are used by the HMRR and Ministry staff/experts in their daily work.
