Summary
Carried out in 2011, the project "Jugend Kocht!" focused on sustainable agriculture and food industry. Young people actively participated in media activities, creating short documentaries, with a particular focus on the meat sector. After receiving training, young people visited the various sites associated with the meat production in their region, documented their stories and opened discussions.
