    The Facebook account created and managed by the NRN staff is conceived as an interactive communication tool through which information are reaching those interested in rural development at large and in the implementation of Rural Development Programme NRN staff make use of the generous social networking platform to promote the countryside in all its aspects and to support organizations’ and individuals’ initiatives in the area of agriculture, quality of life nature, social cohesion and village development. By posting and sharing other organisations’ posts on its Facebook account, NRN staff generates discussions that engage people on different topics relevant for rural development.
