Summary
The brochure is a guide for applying for and implementing projects under the agro-environment measures within the frame of the 2007-2013 Bulgarian Rural Development Programme. It provides information and guidance for the RDP’s beneficiaries and focuses on organic farming, by giving factual information, stories and advice on organic farming in Bulgaria and information about how to benefit from the existing funding opportunities. More than 20 pages are dedicated to explain the Measure 214 on agri-environmental payments, highlighting the application procedures and also motivating the readers to take initiatives in this regard.

Main purpose
The purpose of the brochure is to inform better about the agro-environment measure under the Bulgarian RDP and to promote the organic and traditional farming, and thus motivating potential beneficiaries to make the most out of the existing available funds. It makes sure that the readers understand the importance of the sector, since 30% of the national ceiling direct payments will be allocated to "green" payments in the next 2014-2020programming period.
