This brochure-style map is published by the Ministry of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Environment, Department of Agriculture of Cyprus. But much more than a simple map of the country it highlights the best of local food and drink in Cyprus - comprising 28 locations in total. Each 'gastro' location on the map is famous for expertise in a particular type of food - from "Halloumi" (cheese) to Paphitiko loukaniko (sausage) and Rodostagma Agrou (rose water).
