Summary
The video tutorial was designed by the Irish Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food to provide potential beneficiaries with information on how to use its available online services and to encourage them to use it in a regular manner. The video mixes presentation and animation to show how to register, log in and use the web provided services. These online services are intented to help farmers better manage their business and have access to an online document library. Through these services, the Single Payment Scheme can be accessed at home or in an internet café and less paperwork is required for farmers and RDP’s beneficiaries.

Video is built on 8 distinctive chapters out of which one is dedicated to the Helpdesk service presentation and one to the personal data and information protection procedures.
