The website is conceived as an informational portal on sustainable development in rural Portugal It is a good promotional tool for all available events, fairs, workshops regarding rural development. Managed by Portuguese Association for Local Development (ANIMAR) it voices out significant information catalyzing rural development initiatives at national level. It provides a well documented electronic library with downloadable documents in PDF format, a regularly feed news section with access to lots of photos from each of the event announced, and an up-dated agenda related to rural development events.
