    Summary

    To attract and nourish their stakeholders/users recognition in their communication processes, the organization developed a visual identity kit based on which they communicate their leading values and operational principles. The design (color, form and shape) of a flower petal makes easy for the users to remember the principal characteristics of the organization and its principal activities: promoting local development in a participatory manner so as people living in or visiting the territory will see it as a blossoming land worthy to work for and to live in.
    It is consistently used in the organisation’s Twitter, Facebook and YouTube accounts, electronic publications and website and in their printed publication as well (unconventional brochures in a shape of a flower) and promotional materials (i.e. desk calendar).
