Summary
Academic Forum for Rural Areas is a great opportunity to get different stakeholders together in order to boost innovative agriculture in Poland. Organised as a series of conferences in universities and during fairs dedicated to rural development, shares knowledge about new technologies and information about European Funds. Its target public are representatives of local government, youth and teachers. Academic Forum is a part of Rural Youth Association – a social movement gathering young people from rural areas. Association also participate to the Youth Rural Network program which is financed by European Funds.

Main purpose
Its aim is to educate both youth and adults living on rural areas about entrepreneurship, cultural heritage, environment and agriculture. It disseminates information about events, and organizes competitions, conferences, trainings that support young people to enhance their skills and gain more experience in rural development from a European perspective.
