The publication brings to the reader relevant good practice examples of the Lithuanian Rural Network, presented in a report format that allows a good understanding of the activities of the NRN structure for the implementation of the 2007–2013 RDP and of the way it contributed to the development of the agricultural, forestry and food sectors.
Besides more practical information about NRN objectives, detailed structure, budget breakdowns and action plans details, the brochure highlight how small scale projects promoted by the NRNs members added value to its more general outcomes. Projects for promoting youth involvement in rural communities, for financing networking and fair events for goat breeders or publishing of guidelines for public procurement process for LAGs are detailed in the brochure and nicely illustrated with images from the field.
