ENRD LEADER Thematic Lab: LEADER funding made simpler – using SCOs in the transition period and under the CAP Strategic Plans

This LEADER Thematic Lab explored how LEADER funding and implementation can be made simpler by the application of simplified cost options during the transition period and under the CAP Strategic Plans.

Participants had the opportunity to learn about the updated Commission guidance on the application of simplified cost options and exchange about various Member State approaches and plans based on their practical experiences.

This Thematic Lab was targeted mainly at Managing Authorities, Paying Agencies, along with National Rural Networks that provide relevant capacity building support, and LAGs with experience in the application of simplified cost options.
