Context: 

Reflection and resilience skills are core skills in todays and future (work)life.

Innola Youth Entrepreneurship House has strong expertise in coaching young people and their projects and businesses. Next we want to further strengthen our skills as coaches for young people’s reflection and resilience skills.

As a frame of reference, we use the hero's story monomyth, on the basis of which we challenge young people to reflect on their own journey.

Project idea summary: 

We are looking for a partner for a knowledge sharing and developing project to strengthen 17-29-year old youths’ entrepreneurial identity, reflection skills and resilience.

Each partner organisation is expected to already have activities that coaches young people in entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial attitudes and/or project implementation. Partners are expected to participate youth they are coaching also to joint actions.

As joint actions the partner organisations will participate in a sharing and learning process to further develop resilience building and reflection methods. The details of these local and joint actions will be discussed and settled together by the partner organisations, including possible travel plans.

Objectives: 

- Strengthen 17-29-year old youths’ entrepreneurial identity, reflection skills and resilience
- Strengthen entrepreneurial educators coaching skills
- Get ideas what has been done and exchange ideas, experiences and knowledge
- Share and develop new tools
- Produce an intellectual output(s) to share the outcomes of the project
