The visiting LAGs from Bulgaria met the Commission Desk Officer for the RDP in Bulgaria. They exchanged views on what worked well and less well with the implementation of the LEADER approach in Bulgaria. The participants got to understand more clearly the decision-making process and division of responsibilities between national and European levels and the possibilities to get involved in the ongoing programming process. Also the ENRD Contact Point presented its online LAG support tools and provided the necessary contacts to enhance the communication with the Network Support Unit team of the Bulgarian National Rural Network.
