    The video clip is planned and used by the Croatian Rural Development Network to promote the LEADER approach and its results in rural areas. It shows several examples of good practice of LAGs, initiatives and projects in various fields covered by the local development strategies: support for businesses (e.g vinery), promoting tourism, maintaining and promoting local traditions, IT&C initiatives in rural areas. The video includes frames shot in rural Croatia and interviews with LAG officials and beneficiaries.

    The video is presented to rural development stakeholders at seminars, round tables, conferences, fairs etc. The video is available on YouTube, and linked to Croatian Rural Development Network website.

    Assessment of effectiveness

    Feedback from viewers has been mostly positive as they found it easy to grasp the concept of LEADER from the video. There are over 600 'views' of the video logged on Youtube, but overall (including at events etc.) it is estimated that some 2000 to 3000 people have seen the video.
