    This inspiring video presents the process of implementing a project promoting the setting-up of local partnerships among urban consumers and small-scale rural vegetable producers as a win-win relation. Consumers engage to support financially the production of the vegetables (seasonal) by paying an annual subscription and producers engage to produce organic food (not necessarily certified) for his/her subscribers. It is a very precise mechanism, and consumers became more close to the farming process, as they like to visit ”their” farm and become aware of the entire farming process and seasonality. It encourages and helps small scale organic farming in Romania and support finding outlets for its products within large urban communities.
