W najnowszym numerze Przeglądu Obszarów Wiejskich UE przyglądamy się roli tworzenia sieci w polityce rozwoju obszarów wiejskich. Śledzimy w nim ewolucję tworzenia sieci do rangi cechy rozpoznawczej rozwoju obszarów wiejskich Europy.
