A collaboration between a LEADER Local Action Group and community, philanthropic and other developmental interests, to create and sustain ICT-enabled local employment.

A consultancy company which specialises in remote sensing applications for agricultural analysis used LEADER support to invest in a suitably equipped, lightweight Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV).
