The briefing is targeted at Managing Authorities (MAs) and other institutional actors involved in preparing the future CAP Strategic Plans and other policies for rural development. In designing future policies Smart Village strategies should enable and ensure that rural communities design and test promising and potentially sustainable mobility solutions.
