As of 30 March, the Romanian Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD) launched an online platform where small producers can post their available amounts of vegetables and agricultural products. This enables them to support and provide for each other and, at the same time, it facilitates the dialogue with large retail chains, in order to fill in the gaps generated by the COVID-19 crisis.
