To respond to the ongoing demand for training and information from future and current farmers, the Flemish Minister of Agriculture gave agricultural training centres the opportunity to offer online courses.
Schools providing agricultural training in Flanders (Belgium) have stopped their classes since mid-March due to the COVID-19 crisis. This initiative offers students the opportunity to complete their training and, in addition, provides farmers with a new information channel, which will continue to exist even after the coronavirus crisis.
