This international conference was hosted by the Dutch Ministry of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality in association with the Dutch Network Support Unit. As part of the ‘It’s time to fly’ conference, the ENRD organised two events.
As part of the International Conference ‘It’s time to fly’, hosted by the Dutch Ministry of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality, the ENRD Contact Point organised a workshop to support the fine-tuning of relevant interventions within the new green architecture of the CAP, with a view to their effective implementation once the CAP Strategic Plans enter into force in January 2023.
This was the first meeting of the ENRD Thematic Group on Strengthening the position of farmers in the Organic Food Supply Chain, which aims to explore current approaches to cooperation in the organic value chain, identify potential areas of intervention to support collective actions, and share good practices.
The second meeting of the ENRD Thematic Group on Carbon Farming built on the TG activities so far. It looked at how initiatives monitor and measure carbon sequestration and discussed the conditions that need to be put in place to enable the upscaling of carbon farming across the EU.
This was the second meeting of the Thematic Group (TG) on Sustainability Agreements, which was organised with the ambition to facilitate discussion and exchanges between the TG members and provide the space for exchanges on good practices around collective actions on sustainability agreements and sustainable actions more generally.
The CAP Evaluation Helpdesk is organising the Good Practice Workshop, ‘How to assess Agricultural Knowledge and Innovation Systems (AKIS) based on lessons learned from 2014-2022’. The workshop will be conducted online over two half days from 30-31 May 2022.
This was the second meeting of the Thematic Group (TG), which was organised with the ambition to facilitate discussion and exchanges between the TG members for a common understanding of the seven LEADER principles, about the factors ‘blocking’ and ‘conducive’ to this and relevant Member State experiences related to the practical implementation of the seven LEADER principles.
