This workshop is organised back-to-back with the 9th NRNs' meeting (to be held on 15 November 2017) and is primarily targeted at Network Support Units (NSUs) and selected NRN members (LAGs, NGOs, stakeholder organisations).
The 9th NRNs’ meeting discussed joining up activities, including: linking and signposting thematic work among the NRNs; development of good practices; and collection and dissemination of Common Network Statistics.
This European seminar built on experiences and lessons from putting in practice Community-led Local Development (CLLD) as supported under Rural Development (EAFRD), Fisheries (EMFF), Regional Development (ERDF) and Social (ESF) Funds.
The first Thematic Group (TG) meeting discussed integrated strategic approaches to innovation in rural services, emerging projects and the role of Rural Development policy in supporting them, with a particular focus on RDP Measures for basic services and LEADER/CLLD.
The 1st meeting of the Thematic Group (TG) discussed its purpose and objectives, as well as the initial results of the scoping work carried out by the ENRD Contact Point, building on the previous thematic work on ‘Resource Efficiency’.
The eighth meeting of the European Rural Networks’ Steering Group (SG) focused on outcomes of the networks’ self-assessment exercise and considered the implications of these findings for the work of the networks.
This Good Practice Workshop provides a forum for evaluation stakeholders to take stock of the challenges faced by the involved actors while carrying out the necessary monitoring and evaluation activities for the AIRs submitted in 2017 and explore ideas and potentials for simplification in relation to preparing, conducting and reporting on evaluations at the EU and Member State level.
