The 9th NRNs’ meeting discussed joining up activities, including: linking and signposting thematic work among the NRNs; development of good practices; and collection and dissemination of Common Network Statistics.
This workshop under the heading ‘NRNs Going Local’ explored how the National Rural Networks (NRNs) approach regional and local networking to reach out to stakeholders more effectively. It built on previous ENRD activities related to regionalised networks.
The 7th NRNs’ meeting built on previous ENRD thematic work on ‘Stakeholder Involvement’ by exploring links between agricultural advisors and rural networks, and ways to improve them in order to better support farmers and project beneficiaries.
This workshop, jointly organised by the ENRD Contact Point and the European Council of Young Farmers (CEJA), focused on identifying how various Rural Development Programmes Measures could support generational renewal.
The 6th NRNs’ meeting discussed network governance considering the structure and role of the NRNs. It further looked at links with stakeholders and how innovation is fostered within and between EU Member States.
The workshop explored common needs of Network Support Units (NSUs) in Member States with regional RDPs, as well as opportunities for joint work in the future.
The fourth NRNs' meeting aimed to support Network Support Units (NSUs) in developing network activities such as thematic work; events; collection of good practices; and digital communications.
