This virtual Thematic Lab explored the role of LEADER and LEADER Local Action Groups (LAGs) in maintaining and widening stakeholder engagement in their local areas to develop short and long-term responses to local challenges now and for the future.
Participants discussed alternative and innovative ways of working with local stakeholders, ensuring stakeholder engagement in local development. They also shared experiences of how LAGs are responding to the current COVID-19 crisis.
This was the fourth of a series of LEADER Thematic Labs, after the ones on Smart Villages, on Climate change mitigation and adaptation and on Youth and depopulation.
