Aims of the cooperation project

The LAG of the Pays de Saint-Brieuc wants to contribute to economic et tourism development of his territory :

Make local products a real lever of economic development, to Create tools for tourism development Structure and coordinate the promotion of gastronomic and local products.

The LAG of the Pays de Saint-Brieuc wants to build, share and find development opportunities with his future partners :
Work methodology :
Step 1 : compared analysis of each partner’s pratices
[how local food products are valued by partners ?]
Step 2 : select good practices from each other to test them - demonstration by the proof
[each territory becomes a laboratory to experience good practice]
Realisation schedule

Preparatory stage :
1) July/August 2018 : partner selection
2) September to December 2018 : writing of the cooperation project with the partners, with the help of a professional recruited by the LAG of the Pays de Saint-Brieuc
3) beginning of 2019 : signing of the agreement between partners
