The 2019 report is designed for more condensed and quantitative assessment results to be able to aggregate them more easily with results from other EU countries. The 2019 evaluation report focuses on a possible comprehensive evaluation of the results and effects of RDP (MEPL III).

This report summarises a policy impact evaluation of Catchment Sensitive Farming (CSF). Model assessments of environmental outcomes are validated through analysis of water quality monitoring data and underpinned by effective farmer engagement and advice delivery, achieved through a combination of CSF Officers, commissioned contractors, and partnerships with other organisations.

This summary report describes the progress made by the Member States in implementing the RDP evaluation plans over the calendar year 2017. The summary is based on the screening of Chapter 2 of 115 Annual Implementation Reports (AIRs) submitted to the European Commission in 2018.
