This factsheet highlights NRN self assessment tools to demonstrate achievements and their use for evaluation.

 

The purpose of this summary is to present the results of the last phase of the evaluation of the implementation of the 2014-2020 RDP of the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region, focusing on two Evaluation Questions on the implementation of the program. Question no. 1: ‘To what extent do the multi-partner organization set up within the framework of EAFRD management and the resulting implementation procedures contribute to effective implementation of the Fund?’ and Question no. 2: ‘To what extent do the tools put in place by the region and the governance within the framework of EAFRD management contribute to a good readability of regional action in terms of agricultural policy and rural development?’.  This report answers to these two evaluations questions and provides recommendations.

This evaluation aimed at identifying the legal requirements/provisions that represent over-regulation in the implementation of the RDP 2014-2020, proposing simplification measures, as well as assessing the impact of the actions proposed in the RDP 2014-2020 to reduce the administrative burden for both beneficiaries and authorities.

This summary report describes the progress made by the Member States in implementing the RDP evaluation plans as reported in Chapter 2 of the 2020 AIRs. The summary is based on the screening of Chapter 2 of 113 Annual Implementation Reports (AIRs).
