This Report constitutes the first of the thematic insights that the Independent Assessor of the PSR Liguria 2014/2020 intends to carry out during the course of the service. 

This is the second thematic evaluation and aims to understand the contributions of the regional programs to the improvement of environmental sustainability and, where possible, the effects of interventions financed by the programs.

This thematic evaluation report focuses on the evolution of the youth settlement measure in the different RDPs of Piedmont. The evaluators use econometric analysis on the data of the new registrations to the Chamber of Commerce since 1999. The document ends with recommendations developed on the basis of the findings.
