As part of the evaluation of the state program for rural areas in Schleswig-Holstein (LPLR)
2014 to 2020 was a case study on the compensation allowance (AZ) which was coordinated with the Ministry of Energy Transition, Agriculture, Environment, nature and digitization (MELUND). The results are summarised and evaluated in this report.
As part of the technical support for the RDP 2014-2020, it is the LfULG's responsibility to assess the areas of agri-environmental and climate measures (AUKM) and organic farming (ÖBL) and the guideline (RL) Natural Heritage (NE) with regard to their goal, their acceptance and check practical feasibility. This report primarily focuses on a survey of the measure C.1.

This report provides selected results of the acceptance analysis of non-applicants on investment promotion. The goal of this survey was to determine the awareness and level of knowledge of the directive and to determine the motivation for a ‘no application’. An external service provider was commissioned by the State Office for the Environment, Agriculture and Geology (LfULG) in autumn 2017
